Message from the President 
and Chamber Board of Directors: 

As everyone is aware, all of us have faced many challenges since the last publication of our Chamber Directory. As your Chamber Leadership Team, we continue to seek out ways to create opportunity from those challenges. Many of our members have taken advantage of these opportunities, including increased participation in our Chamber Directory, to better serve our community.

Our Chamber continues to provide opportunities for networking, member benefits and discounts, education and resources from our partners in the community: The Towns of Fortville and McCordsville; Mt Vernon Community School Corporation; the Small Business Development Center (SBDC); the Vernon Township Trustee; and many other Chamber members.

Our Chamber holds its General Member Meetings as a luncheon on the fourth Wednesday of each month at Noon (third Wednesday in November and December due to the Holidays). Please view our calendar to the right for upcoming luncheon locations. Guest speakers at the meetings present information on a wide range of topics of interest to our members, including finance, marketing and entrepreneurship, along with many others. 

The next year will see our Chamber develop and shift to an improved model of interaction and promotion through an enhanced presence on the internet. Our goal is to have a single source of interaction, and information not only for our members, but also, for prospective members, those searching for goods and services in our community and those considering relocating to our community.

We hope you find this website useful as a reference, but also to seek out and patronize the goods and services provided by our Chamber Members.

We encourage you to consider becoming a member of our Chamber, whether a business, not-for-profit or an individual, all are welcome to join and participate in the benefits our Chamber has to offer.
